Pricing & Booking
We offer flexible, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Bookings can be made right up to the day of your visit, subject to availability. If you need to reschedule, we simply ask for reasonable notice so we can release the slot for others.
For regular visitors and multi-dog households, our discounted monthly packages offer excellent value — significantly reducing the cost per session and making us one of the most competitive private field hire options in the area. You’ll enjoy premium facilities, privacy, and the freedom to book on your own terms.

Each package gives you extra sessions completely free when you prepay.
After purchase, you’ll receive a unique booking code valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
Book sessions anytime within that period — there’s no need to schedule them all at once.
Sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled freely within the 60-day validity window.

🐾 DEFRA-Exempted (BSL) Dogs Welcome
At K9 Acres, we believe every dog deserves a safe place to enjoy freedom and fun — including those covered under the Dangerous Dogs Act (1991) and exempted by DEFRA.
We are fully insured and compliant to welcome DEFRA-exempted dogs under the following conditions:
✅ The dog must hold a current Certificate of Exemption.
✅ The dog must be microchipped, neutered, and muzzled on arrival and departure (as required by law).
✅ The field hire must be private use only — one household booking at a time.
✅ Handlers must be over 16 years old and remain in control at all times.
✅ A lead and muzzle must be used outside the fenced area and in the car park.
Once safely inside our fully enclosed, private field, you may remove the lead and muzzle so your dog can enjoy safe off-lead exercise in total privacy (padlock can be locked once inside, for added security)
We support responsible ownership and provide a stress-free, DEFRA-compliant environment where you and your dog can relax with confidence.

Parking & Access:
Large car park with a dedicated space directly in front of the entrance gate
Wide access gates suitable for wheelchair users (no hard paths within the fields)
Field Conditions:
Hardstanding area near the gate for water and rinsing dogs after play
Quiet countryside setting — normal field conditions apply (may be muddy in winter)
Access information:
The full address and unique gate code are emailed within minutes of booking
Check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see the code right away
